Mitsubishi VS-5041 - No picture possible PIP board problem

I have a Mitsubishi VS-5041 and I have been told the PIP board is bad. There is no picture however I do get a PIP picture. Sound is OK. Working with qualified techs has been a nightmare and I have spent over $200 with them and they have not resolved the problem.
The problem is that Mitsubishi does not sell PIP boards anymore so does anyone have a solution. I know some have recommended replacing the capacitors. Can someone provide me with a schematic as to which caps need to be replaced. Looking at the board I do not see the apperance of any bad caps.
Any help is much appreciated!!!
