Mitsubishi VS 5006R Vert roll problem ?	Can't Post

Hey all ! Have a Mitsi VS 5006 R manufactured Jan 92 I know it's old but from the picture still lookes good. Color ,Brightness, etc. Main problem when you turn it on the picture rolls verticle continuous. after warm up it slows down but never stops completely. I have been told that it is a minor problem. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated THANKS !

Welcome to the hell that is older mitsu tv's i.e projo and tube set's.

You will find upon inspection of the main board's all kind's of leaky

caps.

If you don't have an esr meter get one!!!!!.

Watchout for corrosion on the boards from leaking caps,this can be a

deal killer on the tech side of things, you WILL get married to the set.
