Panasonic PT51HX40B Help please

hello this is my first post I actually found this site looking for parts please if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great. I have a panasonic PT-51HX40B that smoke the Power deflection board the model number for the board is TNPH0366. I need help finding where to get a replacement board. I found one place that does not have it in stock for $360 but i was reading the forum here and a couple found it for around $225 could someone point me where to get it.
and one last question the board fried a capacitor which i found the part number for but is replacing just a capacitor the problem or is it more likely something else when causing the cap to burn out?
