Panasonic red glow problem??

Hi I have a 51" Panasonic Rear projection tv. Model #PT-51G42V. There is a red glow around images on the screen. What would cause this a bad CRT or is the convergence bad and how much does it cost to repair?? Thanks for the help in advance.
