I have an RCA MODEL #P46733AT , CHASSIS #PTK178LA and one day I turned it on but heard a frying sound then it tried 2 more times to start then shut down.I opened the cabinet and found the hv splitter was cracked and arcing to the nearest ground.Somehow, I managed to replace the splitter without getting electrocuted and still the set tries to start 2-3 times then shuts down.I'm not a tv tech so you gotta tell me for instance if the hot is bad then where is it located?
