purchase the service manual and you will have all the info you need, but be aware if you adjust something in "service mode" that you shouldn`t it will cost you to get a tech to finish fixing it, in other words the service mode is for technicians not end users, Larry E

Sorry my friend, but I am repair man.
I have one repair store in my city since 1989.
we make repair in tv, big tv, vcr ......... but this tv model was never here the sale. my customer bought at another country.
I need a lot this service mode.
I tried to buy this service manual in places that I know, but I didn't find.
If you know a place where I can buy, please inform me.
