Sony 53HS30 - Realistic Selling Price

Right now I have a 4-5 year old Sony 53HS30. It's been a faithful companion however I want to upgrade to a different HD TV.
I realize I'm going to take a bath on it as I paid 3400.00 CDN when I bought it but I haven't been able to find any for sale to give me a benchmark of what to ask? I just want a realistic selling price.
Any input is appreciated...
