Toshiba 50h72 power light blinking	Can't Post

I have a toshiba 50h72 and the power light is blinking they told me that repair this would be like $400, and I'm not tv expert but I don't want to pay that, so if somebody please help me, let me know where to began if I need to get some kind of manual or check some fuses I don't know please help!!! thank you....

I just have a direct question to you, do you want your toshiba back to work, or to die trying? I don't think you are willing of a resolution neither of the two. That's right! you don't have to be a tv expert, but you have to make a decision. and that decision shouldn't start by checking fuses.

Replace both convergence IC (STK392110).

remedy 2
Replace F850 (5A), F851 (5A) and F852 (2A).

Dead:
remedy
[Blown fuse F470]. Replace C884 and F470.
