Toshiba TP50F60 down twice now.

Toshiba TP50F60 Picture lost twice now.
The PIcture just shrunk down to about 4 by 3 inches.
I replaced the conv. IC's (23905094), one IC (23319787), and a resistor (24321159) in the deflection circut. Then adjusted the convergence circuit and it worked fine for about 1 year. now it just did the same thing.
Anyone out there have any ideas about what I missed? At $140 a pop, I don't want to keep doing the same temporary repairs.
