mitsubishi compatability question Can't Post

My mitsubishi VS-60603 stopped working. I think it is the signal board. I found someone local selling all the mitsu VS-7004R parts, except one tube is broken. Could I use all of the boards from the VS-7004R but keep the tubes from the VS-60603? Or is this idea half baked? Wink

What is a good way to determine which parts from which models will work in my TV? It would help a lot with the repair of it. Thanks.

Hi, No you can`t swap the boards from those two models, some individual parts such as resistors, diodes, caps are the same but the boards are NOT the same, the only way you can check compatibility between 2 models would be to buy the service manual for each model and then check part numbers to see if they are exactly the same number, Larry E
