needing to know where ic board is on a toshiba tn43v71 big screen . I have had this joint resoldered once by a repair man, but I am unable to get him to come to my house to do this. Any help would be great.

if you meen the convergence ic's to resolder to correct bad picture they are the largest IC's connected to large heat sinks in the set . however if this has been done before it prob. needs more work now.
