Dvd not completing"loading"	Can't Post

Diamond Vision dvd,mdl #DVDV807-03A,whenever powered up,a disc would spin for about two(2) seconds then stops and this keeps repeating whenever it is powered up.
Any help is welcome!!

That was the first thing i did,cleaned the lens with a Q TIP which had a drop of all purpose thinner to it.
