Norcent DVD Player	Can't Post

I have here this chinese made DVD Player Norcent Brand,and plays good most of the times. but some times it intermitently cuts sound and freezes picture,and makes this funny squealing like it's searching for the content.any suggestions thanks in advance.

laser faulty or fault on the mpeg board.I doubt either is available as a spare part.

Oftentimes it happens on homemade dvd's, I doubt on pre-recorded disc. if so, use a better quality blank disc atleast. As they differ in price, along with quality. You decide what's best out of having this question or spend less and throw a cheap working player.
