Panasonic DMR-ES10	Can't Post

Can anyone tell me how to reset the DVD recorder, for no apparent reason it now displays HOLD and won't reset, the panasonic help desk dosn't!! Frown

try holding stop,channel up,open/close for 5 seconds to initialize the unit

Press [ENTER] and [RETURN] by
remote controller simultaneously
until [X-HOLD] is displayed.
