Sony DVPNS725P not spinning	Can't Post

Hi all, I sure hope you can help me. Our Sony DVPNS725P is giving a Cannot Play message, regardless of which DVD I try.

I opened up the case and put a disc in. It makes a whirring noise, but the disc doesn't spin. Any suggestions on what to do next?

loose belt..................Mostly it's located under the tray of cd mechanism that lifts the lens assembly. Whirring sound came from the lens when it's hardly focussing to start the disc. it won't spin unless The lens needs to know the content first.
