Sony WEGA 27" TV Opinions?	Can't Post

A friend of mine recently got a free tv from the freeflatscreen.com promotion. The TV is really nice and all but how does it compare to a HDTV? The quality from what i've seen first hand is really nice, however still lacks the HDTV compatibility. The exact model that it is: SONY KV-27FS120 27" FD Trinitron® WEGA TV, MFG part #KV-27FS120.

It's just a basic tv,comes no where close to hdtv.But the price was right,so just enjoy the set.

Use those component video inputs for non-hd satelite receiver or dvd player for best picture. If you have a dvd player use the THX optimizor on dvds to adjust the picture.

Tis a nice bedroom tv. If its going to be your main tv you might want to head that HDTV direction. But everything is in your hands. Good Luck on your search for the perfect TV.

P.S. In my bedroom I have a previous model of that same tv.
