Audio/Video Delay FIX - LG TV Lip Sync Problem.

LG-42LH30-UA bought from Best Buy. Set-up using HDMI Input. Noticed
Audio~Video Synchronization problem. After testing it was determined that the problem was THE TV.
Called LG Customer Service -- (800) 243 0000 and opened Case File.
LG - Case Number Issued and some Questions and Answers about the TV and its hook-up resulted. Once I assured the Cust. Svc. Agent that a DELAY of 09-to-11 Video Frames was present in the HDMI Circuitry we attempted access to the Service Menu to check the Software Version Installed.
The TV needed to have a FIRMWARE UPDATE which was arranged for by the HG Agent who sent a LG Tech to make a house call with means to Upgrade the Firmware ... CORRECTING the Synchronization Issue.
The house call tool all of 20 minutes and the LG Tech adjusted the TV for maximum performance.
