Comcast HD/DVR Box "Cooling Question" Can't Post

Thanks! Without going into a lot of detail, my HD/DVR box is in a spot that might not get as much cooling air flow as needed. The top of the box (Scientific Atlantic 8300) is nothing more than a cooling grid. I don't know yet if the airflow is blowing out, or sucking in. Either way, I have a small, super quiet mini fan that I could blow cooler air accross the top, or suck warm air that rises out of the top. Any comments greatly appreciated....thanks, Bill
