Connecting a PC to a TV

I've searched and searched and haven't found any info. What I'm wanting to do is connect my PC though the DVI connector to this TV:

My main concern before purchasing the TV is what kind of quality will I get out of the TV. Can I run 1024x768 or higher resolution? Will the picture be sharp basically looking like a large HD computer monitor? This set up will be my everything TV (I run digital cable through my PC), DVD Player, Computer Monitor so on and so forth. The reason I picked this monitor is because it's with in my price range and it has the DVI connection... ideally I would like a flat panel plasma but it's not in my price range.
