HDTV Sony 53" - Remote Control

The problem I have is with the Sony RM-Y908:
Somehow I clicked the wrong button(s) on the Remote Control.
I have a cable service by Comcast, with up to 98 channels.
Now I cannot go higher than channel 27.
Also, when I change channel I get "AUTO SAP", for a few seconds.
The Remote Control has the following buttons:
MUTING
SLEEP
SAT/CABLE
POWER
SAT/CABLE
TV
ANT
DISPLAY
TV/VIDEO
channel numbers from 1 thru 0
JUMP
ENTER
INDEX
FREEZE GUIDE
MENU
VOL +-
MENU
CH +-
PIC MODE
FAVORITES
DRC/CINEMOTION
RESET
Please let me know how to correct the problems.
