I've seen an ad about ADStech's new HDTV upconverter .. anyone out

their have any experience with one of these or any hd upconverter ?

For all those who have viewed this one ..I did find some info .. The one review said the screen was a bit fuzzy .. ADStech has apparently delayed the release of the unit to update the software ..
