Magnavox flickering in HD with xbox 360	Can't Post

So i bought a 30" Magnavox HDTV and it works except when i hook my xbox 360 to the component input and turn it on the screen has a flicker and its very annoying to play with it. I also hooked my xbox 360 to another HDTV which was a sony and there was zero flicker so i know that it is the tv thats causing the problem not the xbox 360 or component cable.

Sony playstation does require you for menu screen set-up to fit resolutions in your screen. if not! flickering incurs. Im sure XBOX should too!. Your monitor doesn't support the incoming signal from your xbox. but it could be adjusted thru your xbox.
