NEED HELP WITH MY HD PHILIPS	Can't Post

I have a philips model # 42pfl5432d137. It turns it self off, but comes rite back on if i turn it on. It shuts off anywhere from 10 mins in or sometimes stays on up till a hr. I really have no idea what it is. Can someone please help me. Thanks
