Need help picking a TV Can't Post

This is my first hdtv, it will be used in a dorm room and bedroom mostly for gaming (PS3) and movies.
i have in the 400 range to spend

in my area i have seen a
32 inch Vizeo 15,000:1 Contrast ratio 3 hdmi inputs
http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?sku=A2797174&cs=19&c=us&l=en&dgc=SS&cid=39715&lid=1003761

or

26 inch Samsung 30,000:1 3 hdmi inputs
http://www.google.com/products/catalog?q=Samsung+26&oe=utf-8&hl=en&cid=18377972169350360252&os=tech-specs#p

both i found for 399 in my area

i heard mixed reports about the reliability of vizo, like they crap out right when the warranty ends, but this model just came out this summer

and i know samsung is well built.

so if i get bigger and the vizio is it a wise pick? or should i go for the samsung

if u have a third option in my price range i am open to it

thanks

The average flat screen seems to be lasting for between 3 and 7 years before their first failure - irregardless of brand. Abuse notwithstanding.

Only spend what you can afford to replace in that time.
