Phillips 43PP8420 - Green Convergence is not aligned(make the screen pincushion)

Hi All,
I have a Phillips 43PP8420, today I turned it on and my convergence is out. So I simply pressed the "Auto Intellisence focus" button, waited 20 sec, still the same. So I plan to manually tune that up. I enter to the multipoint blue and red options, I realise the green cross mark is not vertically aligned, thus it makes a pincushion. I have no way to adjust the green cross mark. I hope someone can help me solve this problem. This is my 1st time having problem with my HDTV and my warrenty is over :(. Should i change something in my TV or just the settings? I need reply, I wanna watch my TV, please help.
