RCA Model R52WM24 Cable Connection Can't Post

I have a RCA Model #R52WM24 HDTV and was wondering is there anyway to hook this tv to the cable in without using a cable box or a satellite receiver? There is a signal coming from the coaxial cable in but no place on T.V. with a coaxial connection, just RCA's. Is this possible? Thanks for any response.

Your HD Monitor is equipped with features that will add to your viewing
experience. The following information summarizes a few of these features.
Chapter 3 provides more information about the rest of your HD Monitor’s
features and how to use them.
Hi-Pix Picture Enhancement System
The Hi-Pix Picture Enhancement System incorporates two of RCA’s most
advanced technologies: TruScan Digital Reality™ and the AVR Picture Projection
System. The result is the ultimate in true-to-life picture performance that
provides the optimum picture resolution from each digital source connected to
your HD Monitor (for example, an HD receiver, DVD player, satellite receiver,
and/or cable box).

You have a HD MONITOR (NOT HDTV).

Ok....actually it belongs to my daughters friend. So it's a monitor and not a tv and will never give you a picture unless you use a cable box or satellite receiver or a dvd or a/v receiver correct? That makes sense cause its not a tv. Thanks for clearing that up for me.
