Samsung Model: LN-T4065F Colored bars Can't Post
Hey I acquired this tv when my buddy left for Iraq but soon after getting it the tv started randomly fading into colored bars vertically across the screen. I did this for about a month until I turned it on one day and it was nothing but vertical colored bars (barcode+rainbow=my problem) I have tried it a few times over the past month and it still is not working . I'm looking to get it fixed. Whether it be me or some one else.

Anyone have any idea what the problem might be? or any information at all. Anything helps.

Crazy Try changing your T-con, if no fix then bad panel

How much would that run, roughly? And what does bad panel mean? Am I screwed?

Crazy A T-con brand new from Samsung about $70.00. If bad panel . . .$820.00 ie buy new set.

Crazy only if you have a spare T-con board.

Crazy I guess you could check the small fuse / fuses that are on the t-con, but odds are it is in the IC. Pretty much a coin toss
