Simple Question - What Do I need to View in HD?	Can't Post

What do I need to view in HD?
I have an LCD HD TV and my DirecTV receiver is compatible with HD (I haven't purchased HD channels yet).
The view on my televisions isn't as "crisp" or good as the display at Wal Mart. My tv is a 55 in Vizio. Here is the link: http://www.walmart.com/...io-55-Class/10993799

What if I need glasses or contacts? It could be too bright or dark as well. What if I don't even have a front porch?

if you haven't purchase hdtv channels yet then don't be!...why pay if you can have it free. Im sure the tv has built-in digital tuner. hook your rooftop antenna and cancel your direct tv service.
