I'm looking into getting a new tv, but I'm not sure what to get. I'll make things easy and just list the criteria that I'm looking for. You guys just tell me what fits these and has the best picture for my budget (I'd prefer >$1000). Leaning towards LCD.
-Widescreen
-At least 32"
-HDMI input(s)
-Component input(s)
-VGA
-DVI (not THAT important)
-NO BURN IN (it's mainly for gaming)
-Fast response time
-Full 1080p support
Here's what I'm going to be hooking up to it:
-NES, SNES, GameCube, N64, Wii, Dreamcast via a switchbox and regular RCA cables
-PS2, Xbox via component video cables
-Laptop running Vista's Media Center via HDMI
-(Eventually) PS3 and/or Xbox 360 via HDMI
-Cable box via whatever, I don't have an HD box at the moment but might swap it out.
I'm probably going to buy from http://www.abesofmaine.com, they usually have the best prices.
