Need help understanding why certain channels on new LED HD TV have fuzziness during motion - almost like a small dust cloud around the image in the picture that is in motion. I believe it to be an issue with older shows prior to HD era as new HD channels look great but confirmation/clarification would be great. Thanks in advance.
