question about Sony Bravia KDL40HX800

I just bought a Sony Bravia KDL40HX800. I will be using this game primarily for gaming and have a few questions
what is everyone's input on using MotionFlow?
On this tv you can set MotionFlow to Standard,Crisp, Clear1,Clear2 or OFF.
There are also different scenes to choose like game,movie,photo etc, which will auto select the MotionFlow settings.
If i decide to turn MotionFlow Off, how many Hz will the TV be running at? Will it still be 240HZ? Or will it reduce to 120HZ?
