32" LED or 39" LCD? Can't Post

I'm purchasing one of two televisions. Both are Insignia. I'm pretty much stuck on Insignia, receiving a big discount, so please don't post comments about "Don't get Insignia" or anything of the like. One is a 32" LED, 720p, 60Hz set. The other is a 39" LCD, 1080p, 60Hz set. The view distance is gonna be around 11 feet or so form the couch, 5 feet from the computer. I'm not sure which one to go with, and could use a little advice.

EDIT: The LED is about $60 cheaper than the LCD, or I could do a 1080P 32" Insignia LED for the same price as the LCD, but to the best of my knowledge, there won't be a noticeable difference between 720 and 1080 in that size.

39 inch lCD TV
I always thought LED TVs seem to look worse than LCD, but when I comparing the picture difference of LCD and LED at Best Buy store. I have found that LCD is the best bet for the economic value.

In my opinion, both LED and LCD TV are best for enhancing your TV viewing experience. However, from my personal experience, quality of video and sound in LED TV is better than LCD TV.
