46 inch: Sharp Aquos or Sony?

I am stuck between which 46 inch LCD to choose for my living room: the Sharp Aquos LC-46D64U or the
Sony KDL-46W4100.
Costco has a very good deal on the Sharp; 2 for $2000 w/ $100 shipping. I can definitely use 2 TVs (one for any other room I wish  ). I can get a discount on the Sony, though. In the end, which TV is better? Is their any other 46 inch Sony with a width of 46 inch (biggest I can fit) that is better than both of these TVs? Thanks.
