52" SONY BRAVIA Help	Can't Post

Hey all,
I'm new to this forum so I don't know if this question has already been asked. I have a Sony 52 inch LCD television that's about six months old. The model number is KDL-52W3000. I just noticed about two days ago that a thin black line has appeared on the right side near the bottom of the screen. I was just wondering if anyone else has seen something like this and if you know what causes it and how to fix it?

If the set is only six months old have Sony service the set under warranty.

I called Sony this morning and they had a local television technician call and he came over around supper time. Just thought I would let you all know what the problem was for future reference. In case anyone encounters the same problem.

Turns out, that the screen needs replacing. It must be a very simple job because he said he could do it here in the house. Just have to wait for the part to arrive.
