I think I've narrowed down the issue. The leds flash when plugged in. The top 2 rows do not. Replace these? If so where should I buy them this is what is printed on the led stripes lg innotek drt 3.0 55"_A type. Also type B

Last one I had that flashed I used clear tape on the ribbon cable that goes from the T-con board to the panel supply board. You can youtube it to see how to do it
