Best Buy Samsung LN40B550 vs LN40B630 (open item)

Ok so i will be purchasing one of these tv's in the next day or two. Which would you recommend? only difference in the sets is the 630 has 120Hz vs 60 on the 550, and dynamic ratio is 10k more.
The LN40B550 is brand new, on sale for $749.99
The LN40B630 is an open item, with a slight scratch on side for $880.99.
Is it worth the extra $130 to get 120Hz instead of 60Hz?
Also would you recommend purchasing the 4 year geek squad warranty? It is only $129.99 for 4 years.'
