Blemishes/Scratches on Olevia 27" LCD TV

Hi,
I used an LCD wipe that I bought from Walmart to clean my LCD screen. Now I notice some darkness in some areas. If the picture on the screen is all white, you will hardly notice the blemish. However, the blemish is more noticeable when darker colors are on the screen. Is there a way to get rid of the blemish and/or darkness?
