DTV Channel keeps switching Can't Post

My Akai LCT3201Ad LCD TV has the splash screen appear and then starts displaying switchng channels on the black screen. It shows channel 2 then 13 then 39. It switches 5 or 6 times a second. The TV will only turn on with the remote. The standby button does not work. Once on,the TV does not respond to any remote commands. I have switched out the mainboard with a spare so I know all other componets are ok. I see no swollen caps or burn marks. I wish to repair this mainboard. Where should I look???? Should I concentrate on the 3.3v,5v,9v,12v circuit??????

Thats not the case. I have a spare mainboard and all functions work and operate fine. The problem is going to be in the mainboard. I am a novice. I have identified the audio circuit on the board. I am trying to follow the different voltages from the headers. Which circuit would be the channel switching. Obviously the 24v goes to the inverter.

start with the 5v to the micro and the eeprom could cause this.
