Emerson LC321EM9 not turning on...3 weeks out of warranty

My mother & law's Emerson LC321EM9 (32" LCD from Walmart) does not power on. 13 months old so I am trying to fix it for her. No light coming on, fuse on power supply ok. 160v DC out of power supply to main board. What do you think? Mainly just 2 boards in the TV, power supply and main board. It looks like DC (160V) is coming out of the pwr supply, not sure if that is the correct voltage since I am not a TV repairman.
Any help will be appreciated!!!
