Haier HLH266BB LCD TV Can't Post
After powering on and video being perfect for five to ten minutes, the picture starts rolling. Maybe its an oscillater problem. Could anyone help me?
I know on very old crt sets there was a vertical hold control which could be used to stabilize the oscillator and stop the picture from rolling. Any ideas hon how i can handle this baby?

LCD TV's use digital technology. I'm afraid there is no verticle hold control in TV's anymore since there is no more verticle oscillators.
