Hey, <br>Im going to say sorry ahead of time for the dumb questions and if im posting the wrong thread. <br> <br>Okay I got a Hisense lcd led tv with no picture but has back lights and audio and no problems turning on, I popped the cover and didnt see no bad Caps or bad ribbons or burnt marks the only thing I saw misplaced was 2 peices at the end of the Tcon board that looks like staples to me, 1 was missing completly and 1 was barley hanging on and i dont have a clue what the component part is called, and as soon as i can figure out how to post pics i will, but what do you guys think or any suggestions? <br>
