How to change font size subtitles in Tv with LCD QBell Technology?

I have a Tv Lcd with QBell Technology.It has 1 Usb port.When I try to play movies (in mp4 format) on the usb port the subtitles fonts are small and can't be seen.It has a menu at the bottom of the screen where are options like pause,zoom in,zoom out,play,forward,record,etc.But it hasn't the option font size.
My Tv is a 32'' D-Led with Q.Bell Technology (DVB).Model Qxt.32EF.
Can anyone help me to find how to change font size if I use a Flash disk on the USB port.
