Is the Sharp LC-65LE643U and JVC EM65FTR Main Board the same?

Hi,
The main board in my Sharp LC-65LE643U is toast and I've been looking everywhere for a replacement but it is out of stock in any place I have found that sell it. In my search to find a replacement I came across the main board for a JVC EM65FTR. It has the same PCB number 0171-2271-5502 and it looks identical. Anyone know if these are interchangeable? Can the JVC board be modified to work in the Sharp TV?
Any help greatly appreciated.
