JVC LT-32EX19 LCD TV : Power on for 2 secs, then power blink	Can't Post

I have a JVC LT-32EX19 LCD TV which I bought last year, after the warranty ends after a month I power on the TV, the power on for 2 secs, it displays with sounds, then power off and power light indicator blinks.

Diagnosed: press Vol -, menu, power on to reset doesn't work.

I tried to bring to service center, they say it's the main board has problem. But the people in service center are OJT's, and so lazy to check the TV. And suggesting to replace the board half the price of the TV, that half price I can purchase another new LCD TV.

So I search online only what I found is the Diagram.

first look in the back to see if the screen backlights are on or off. You may have to remove back cover to do this. If off, the fault is probably inverter board or one of the tube lights in the screen is faulty. also, you can shine a flashlight in the front of the screen to see if you can see a faint picture.If you cannot see a picture then the main board is probably faulty.
