LCD 32" Power Issue

LCD 32" Power Issue	Can't Post

I have a 32" LCD that the red light comes on when you plug it in but you can't turn it on with the remote or power button on the side?
Could it need a new power supply?

Sorry guys the unit I have is a Akai LCT3201AD 32" LCd w/ DVD

Sounds like a main board failure.

Good luck getting the part from Akai or finding a repair shop that can.

Update.. Well it was only the power supply. In using the old meter on it that what it was. Ordered a supply from Megmeet in China, got it in 4 days and it works perfect. Not a bad fix for only $122

hi, you did not have mentioned the Brand or model No of your LCD.

Please domention it. so that the problem could be fixed.
Check out the manual or do call the help line of your Tv.
