LCD Screen half blue?????

LCD Screen half blue?????	Can't Post

I have a no-name-brand lcd tv from china (a friend brought it back so no guarantee Frown

)
When i type the model in it comes up as RCA L40FHD41.
It starts up ok (and says Samsung on the start up screen LOL) but after about 5seconds the screen turns blue on the left half. The tv is a year old and i only set it up this month so it is practically brand new.

I replaced the TCON board SYNC60C4LV0.3 and to no avail Frown

Can anybody help????

If all else fails ... use the flashing 12:00 VCR solution ...

i like samsung brand then three years( W) its service is very quickly so many people choise on led samsung.
