LG 26LC7D-UB Can't Post

I am pretty sure the power supply is toast on this as only some voltages are showing up. All caps are good, fuse good, everything else looks good but having no schematics it is hard to determine what it is suppose to do. The standby 5Vdc is there.
What solutions have been found on these power supply boards that I may be enlightened about?
I have been doing repairs for 40 years so far and this guy does not want to spend a lot more for this TV. It has no power on indication but was running a few hours today.
I check all the caps.

Thank you jts,
This may be of help if I can find the power supply. I have a feeling they treat this part as a module or assembly and there is no broken down schematic.
Have you replaced power supplies on this model yourself and were they reliable after that or am I wasting my time with this unit?
