LG 43UH6030 - weird flickering problem

This is a tv that stays at my condo in mexico , which i don't use for serveral humid months. Tv is like new and not used often, and power unplugged when i'm not there...
So the TV turns on , image is good for a second than flickers to a brighter image and has a line at the bottom, than flickers back to the normal imagine, and goes back and forth, i open up the casing if i could see anything thats burnt , checked all the ribbons and plugs, everything seems good on the boards...
i'm zero of a tv repair expert... but which i could find the solution and keep the tv! repair guys locally are hard to find here...
