LG TV - ADVICE.

Received a boxed `as new` never used approx. 10yr old LG450 LCD TV from a relative: I can’t get any reception. After connected power cord & TV Ariel an on screen message displays `NO SIGNAL` - tried `AUTO-TUNE` - no channels found. However, when I connect my portable Toshiba it works perfect.
Advice appreciated, thank you.
Note: Ariel Fixer fitted a new ariel & cable Sept. 2021, unfortunately he wasn’t very proficient – left me with the cable running down the outside of my house in all directions, consequently, I redirected this to vertical as it was such an untidy job.
