Luxor 46 inch LCD impact to screen

my baby boy hit my luxor lcd 46 inch tv with a toy. The main screen is still in tact but it looks as though where the impact was it has cracked behind the screen. The rest of the tv there is a weird striped pattern running through it. Is it going to fix it or just buy a new television.
